Custom Spray Trucks

We specialize in building custom spray trucks designed specifically for you. It starts with a conversation about all that you need to accomplish and the truck or chassis you will be using. From there we can design and provide a dimensional CAD drawing to confirm exactly how the components will look and be positioned on your truck. Custom spray trucks can be designed around existing trucks or we can start with a chassis and build a custom body.

Once the design is finalized we schedule an installation at our facility. Prior to installation we can email photos of the spray system so you can be assured of the exact system layout.

Most installations can be done in 1-2 days. Once the installation is complete and tested we will provide an overview of recommended operation and maintenance procedures as well as performing sprayer winterization if needed. Depending on your capabilities and the complexity of the system, you may be able to install the system yourself. We would completely assemble and test the system at our facility, then break it down and ship it to you as modular components for you to install. This can result in considerable saving.

We now offer custom poly welded tanks. Custom tanks allow for a one-of-a-kind system to be built. Poly welded tanks can be installed on trucks, trailers or vans.  Poly welded tanks allow for split tank systems in numerous options. They are also a great option for unique space requirements.
